Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal — all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to send payment. If you prefer a different payment method, just let us know. We’re flexible.

How long will delivery take?

How can I communicate with the writer?

You will have direct contact with the project manager via email, phone, and text message. The project manager, who is also a writer, will work directly with the other writer.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After we’ve received the order details, we will make sure we’re clear about everything. If there are any questions, we will of course reach out to you for clarification. For longer projects, we provide ongoing progress and milestones. This provides reassurance to you that we’re making progress. It’s also a great way for you to provide feedback.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

If you have a special order that is not listed on the website or if you prefer a custom invoice, we will be happy to send one.
